The 120 acre site is located on the southern edge of Burton upon Trent adjacent to the A38. The site will be developed for employment use. Planning permission has been granted for B1, B2 and B8 uses. The site will have direct access to the A38.

SAINT MODWEN (who later became Abbess of Whitby) stopped by the River Trent at Burton upon Trent in the seventh century & here on a small island, decided to build a church dedicated to God&St Andrew. Andressey Island (Andrew’s Island) is still here & St Modwen’s Orchard is now a public area.
